- The first time that Vera saw all the dead Charlies, she followed them to the mall, where they led her to Zimmerman's Pet Store and beckoned to her.
- Obviously they want her to come to terms with what happened at the store, and to clear Charlie's name.
- But Vera doesn't feel like she's up to that task just yet. What does she owe Charlie, anyway? He was a huge jerk to her.
