Jellinek is the guy who runs the tavern where Florian and his Children hang out in Freyborg. A mediocre cook, which inspires Florian to joke at his expense, Jellinek is hospitable and hosts Florian and his friends as regulars in his tavern. Discreet and helpful, Jellinek facilitates the day-to-day of Florian's gang's activities.
