Exactly how steamy is this story?

Surprisingly enough, this is kind of like Game of Thrones for kids. Not only are there graphic accounts of war and violence (blood and guts abound), but there are also more than a few mentions of pleasure women and overt references to rape. It doesn't consume the book, and there aren't any prolonged scenes that require extreme discretion, but there's enough "stuff" to give it a higher rating.
